Details

• Remove front wheel (remove disc brake rotor & insert caliper space)
• Remove front wheels skewer
• Install plugs in front axle
• Install fork brace
• Remove pedals
• Remove bottle cages
• Remove cyclometer head
• Remove seat assembly
• Place plastic cup on rear derailleur drop out
• Shirt rear derailleur into low gear
• Wrap frame in protective material
• Remove handlebars
• Attach handlebar along top tube
• Attach fron wheel to left side of frame
• Place bike in box
• Ensure proper fit (inspect handlebar & front wheel)
• Place small parts in accessory box
• Place accessory box into bike box
• Place seat assembly into box
• Place check list in box
• Tape box lid securely
